Two days after visiting with the team, defensive end Kony Ealy has agreed to a one-year deal with the Dallas Cowboys, league sources told ESPN's Field Yates.
Ealy spent last season with the New York Jets and had one sack. The Cowboys put in a waiver claim on Ealy last summer following his release by the New England Patriots but he was awarded to the Jets.
In 15 games, including four starts, for the Jets, he had 14 tackles, nine pass deflections and an interception. He spent the first three years of his career with the Carolina Panthers and has 15 sacks for his career.
