OXNARD, Calif. – The Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Rams ended their joint practice early Tuesday after fights on back-to-back plays eventually turned into an all-out brawl and the teams couldn’t get under control.
This came a day after the teams’ first joint practice lacked much intensity. A year ago, the Cowboys were involved in a wild training camp brawl with the Oakland Raiders in which one fan hit a Cowboys player with a helmet.
From the start Tuesday, team drills had much more pop. The consecutive fights in team drills involved the Cowboys’ defense against the Rams’ offense.
