The Dallas Cowboys postseason game against the Green Bay Packers was memorable for many reasons. Obviously, the heartbreaking 34-31 loss following a clutch 36-yard pass from Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers to tight end Jared Cook is the lasting memory for many.
But from the ashes of a devastating Cowboys playoff loss could emerge a glimmer of hope for the future. And that’s due to the play of then-Packers defensive back Micah Hyde. The 26-year old posted four total tackles, a sack, two pass defends and one interception against Dallas in that postseason matchup.
Now, Hyde is a free agent.
