The Dallas Cowboys‘ last preseason of the year is the final opportunity fringe players have to show they belong in the NFL. It’s a proving ground that, if successful, can kickstart a career. For others, it will be the last time they’ll ever wear an NFL uniform. Although these preseason exhibitions do not count in the win/loss column, it doesn’t mean these games aren’t meaningful.
So, did any of the Cowboys’ fringe players do enough to earn themselves a spot on the final-53 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the preseason finale on Thursday night at AT&T Stadium?
