Game two of the 2015 preseason against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night did nothing to make me feel any better about the manner in which this Dallas Cowboys team is progressing.
Another dismal performance by the offense resulted in another single digit posted to the scoreboard as the 49ers beat the Cowboys, 23-6.
The score doesn’t matter… thankfully, because this game was played in August.
What does matter is the manner in which this game was played.
Unnecessary penalties, horrible choices leading to interceptions, missed assignments, a blocked punt; you name it and it pretty much happened.
