The Dallas Cowboys went into the 2020 NFL Draft with serious needs along their defense. Specifically at cornerback, where the team lost Pro Bowl starter, Byron Jones, in free agency last month. And projected starters in Chidobe Awuzie and Jourdan Lewis are both entering the final year of their rookie contracts.
The Cowboys used their second-round selection on Day Two to draft Alabama cornerback Trevon Diggs. And they continued to address that secondary need in the fourth round, selecting Tulsa cornerback Reggie Robinson II at pick No. 123.
A lengthy cornerback coming in at 6-foot-1, 205-pounds, Robinson is a native of Cleburne, TX.
