Last week, it was revealed that offensive coordinator Scott Linehan had “parted ways” with the Dallas Cowboys. Supposedly, head coach Jason Garrett talked to Linehan and they reached a mutual agreement that they were no longer a good fit.
Even though the front office wants to paint it in a politically correct fashion, let’s be honest, Linehan was fired. So logically the next question that will be debated across the “Twitterverse” and beyond will be: Who will be the Cowboys’ offensive coordinator in 2019? One possible answer would be none other than Cowboys’ legendary former tight end, Jason Witten.
