Heading into this Thanksgiving day game, both the 5-5 Dallas Cowboys and the 4-6 Los Angeles Chargers are on the brink of ending any chance at a postseason run. And the outcome of this contest will likely force one of these teams to start focusing on next offseason.
For the Cowboys, it’s suddenly become about surviving until they can get the bulk of their injured and/or suspended players back on their starting lineup. Without players like linebacker Sean Lee, kicker Dan Bailey, left tackle Tyron Smith and running back Ezekiel Elliott, Dallas has simply lost their identity … and their last two games.
