We have had to wait a very long time to see the Dallas Cowboys again as they last suited up for a Week 1 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Thursday night. Since then we have found out that three starters on the team are slated to miss different amounts of time for different reasons. Michael Gallup has a calf strain and is out 3-5 weeks, La’el Collins is beginning the first of a five-game suspension, and DeMarcus Lawrence will be out for an estimated 6-8 weeks with a broken foot.
What’s more is that the Cowboys are currently looking at a defense that will also be without Randy Gregory and Donovan Wilson as the former is on the Reserve/COVID-19 list while the latter is dealing with a groin injury.
