Like every NFL team, the Dallas Cowboys are allotted 30 official visits to schedule with college football prospects. This gives the Cowboys an opportunity to get to know these players better, ones they may still have some questions about (after months of scouting) and might be hoping to add to their roster later this month.
In fact, this list of 30 visitors can be very telling. The majority of the Cowboys’ first round selections have made pre-draft visits, which makes sense as it’s the team’s most important pick.
So there is a good chance Dallas’ 2018 first round selection, which is 19th overall, has already made the trip to Frisco to visit the Cowboys front office and coaching staff at The Star.
