The Dallas Cowboys have done a solid job of finding affordable free agents that present major upside and value. That list includes cornerback Nolan Carroll, defensive end Damontre Moore, defensive tackle Stephen Paea and bringing back wide receivers Terrance Williams and Brice Butler.
Several 2016 contributors, including multiple starters in the secondary, have found new homes around the league.
Despite a pretty hefty turnover of players from last season to now, the Cowboys have to feel good about what they have done to bolster the roster without breaking the bank and aside from one defensive starter at strong safety, they really aren’t any worse for wear from a talent standpoint.
