Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had a special guest on hand for Sunday’s 40-7 shocking victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
His high school coach Rodney Guin, who talks to him weekly, drove up from Shreveport to give the struggling quarterback some moral support.
It appears as if Guin, who coached Prescott at Haughton High School but is now the coach at Calvary Baptist, also slipped Cowboys offensive coordinator Scott Linehan his old game plan.
Prescott keyed the Cowboys’ blowout victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars with his arm and his legs. He passed for 183 yards and two touchdowns but also ran 11 times for a career-high 82 yards and a score.
