FRISCO, Texas -- Dak Prescott is hoping to turn his signature look into a way to fight colon cancer.
The Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback and Lombardo Custom Apparel have partnered in a charitable event in which a percentage of the sales of the bow tie Prescott wears each week goes to fight colon cancer. Prescott’s mother, Peggy, died from the disease in 2013.
Prescott has become a bow-tie expert since turning to them as a junior at Mississippi State to look on the “Dawg Walk,” from the team bus to the stadium. He’s stood by the look ever since.
