The Dallas Cowboys are less than a week into training camp and they are already learning lessons that should impact their upcoming season in a positive way. And there are certainly plenty of things to learn.
The Cowboys promoted former quarterbacks coach, Kellen Moore, to offensive coordinator (OC) this offseason. Moore spent six years under former Cowboys OC Scott Linehan, both as a member of the Cowboys and the Detroit Lions. And it’s clear he’s not looking to change much of the playbook that was installed by his predecessor which lead the Cowboys to becoming divisional champions twice in the past three years.
