It's well-established the Cowboys won't be making it rain for an elite free agent, but what positions could you see them fortifying with lower-level talent in free agency?
David Moore: First of all, let me say there are people at The Star relieved to hear the phrase "making it rain" in this context rather than one that points to an off-the-field issue that needs to be addressed.
