The Dallas Cowboys have waived QB Zac Dysert with an injury designation on Saturday, according to James Palmer.
Should Dysert clear waivers on Monday, he would revert to the team’s injured reserve list.
This move shouldn’t come as a big surprise, considering that Dysert was expected to miss the 2017 season after undergoing surgery for a herniated disc.
Dysert, 27, is a former seventh-round pick of the Broncos back in 2013. He was placed on waivers by the Broncos at the start of the 2014 season, but they later added him to their practice squad.
