The NFL draft is April 25th-27th so it won’t be long before we hear the names of the Cowboys draft picks announced in Nashville. We’ll have to wait until the second round unless the Cowboys trade up. When that pick arrives, the Cowboys will go old-school to announce it, and they’ll do the same with their third-round pick.
We all remember a few years ago when Drew Pearson pulled off an epic troll job in Philadelphia while announcing a Cowboys pick.
It will be tough to top that.
We’ll see if anybody tries, but the two guys who will announce Cowboys picks are also from that era of dominance, the 1970s.
