After an off-day on Sunday the Dallas Cowboys were back on the field this afternoon for their ninth training camp practice. Just four practices stand between the Cowboys and their first preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams, so there is plenty of work to be done.
Today, veteran wide receiver Brandin Cooks continued his dominant start to training camp. The 30-year-old putting together another great practice, earning him today’s star of the day award.
Cooks and Dak Prescott were on the same page all practice long. The duo connected multiple times, including a touchdown in seven on seven drills where Cooks made a fantastic grab in the corner of the end zone.
