The NFL Draft is mercifully just six days away. Fans of the Cowboys as well as other teams are more than ready to find out who will hopefully be a building block for their favorite teams future. The Cowboys are picking at number four (for now), the highest draft pick they’ve had since they took Russell Maryland first overall in 1991.
The draft is far from an exact science, with 31 other front offices making moves that best suit themselves, a team’s draft strategy could be turned on it’s head in the picks beforehand. Best case scenario, the Cowboys come out of the 2016 NFL Draft better than they were, ready to compete in the 2016 season as well as have pieces to build around down the road.
