Cowboys' success in 2016 borne from failures of 2015

FRISCO, Texas – A year ago Tuesday, the Dallas Cowboys' 2015 season mercifully came to a 4-12 end.

Players packed their gear in giant trash bags never to be seen again, such as Greg Hardy. Some players retired, including Jeremy Mincey. Others were simply forgotten.
