FRISCO, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys close their offseason program next week with their mandatory minicamp and Jason Garrett likes what he has seen through the first two phases of the program and nine organized team activities.
"It's a great time of year for us because they get into the offseason program and it's a lot of lifting and running at the outset but then towards the end of the nine weeks you get a chance to get out on the field," Garrett said. "Particularly it's for the younger players, but also for the veterans. You get your football feet back up underneath you.
