A day after the draft concluded, the Dallas Cowboys landed PFF’s No. 1 undrafted free agent, Washington edge defender Joe Mathis.
The Cowboys added edge defender Taco Charlton in the first round, but Mathis is another name to watch. He could rise up the depth chart if he stays healthy.
Mathis ranked second in the class in pass-rush productivity. He accumulated 30 pressures in just the first six games before injuring his foot.
He has shown to also be very effective against the run, ranking ninth in run-stop percentage.
