After being selected in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft, Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee seemed destined for greatness. Unfortunately, as is the case for many other talented athletes, injuries have sidelined Lee far too often in his career. But finally, after five seasons in the NFL, the now 29-year old has finally earned his first Pro Bowl bid.
The announcement was made on Wednesday that Lee along with Oakland Raiders’ quarterback Derek Carr, have been added to their conference’s repective Pro Bowl rosters. They will replace Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers on the depth chart, as neither player will be able to attend the event.
