Dallas Cowboys safety Jeff Heath said he prayed for former Seattle Seahawks player Ricardo Lockette last month when he learned the receiver was retiring from the NFL because of his hit that led to a severe neck injury.
Heath received a personal foul penalty for what officials termed a blind-side hit on Lockette on a Cowboys punt return just before halftime of their Nov.
