On Friday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals announced that they will hold a hearing on the NFL’s emergency motion regarding Ezekiel Elliott’s injunction on Oct. 2, according to Ian Rapoport.
This comes just a day after the Cowboys’ Week 4 matchup with the Rams, which means Elliott will be able to play in at least the next two games, per Rapoport.
A few weeks ago, Elliott was granted a temporary restraining order by a Texas court, which barred the NFL from imposing his six-game suspension for the duration of the lawsuit.
