Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott scrambled left on 3rd-and-6 in the first quarter vs. the Redskins.
Then Redskins cornerback Greg Stroman collided with Prescott's helmet a yard short of the first down.
Prescott was slow to get up and looked confused.

"That's a concussion," ex-Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo said on the CBS broadcast. "He's going to be done.
"He doesn't know where he is."
Prescott went to the sideline, meeting with head Cowboys athletic trainer Jim Maurer and spending time in the blue medical tent.
