Stop me if you’ve heard this before: the Cowboys offense is not good this year. Yes, the offense featuring the 2016 Offensive Rookie of the Year and the 2016 rushing champion looks absolutely awful through three games. In fact, the only offense to have scored less points so far is the Arizona Cardinals, who just benched their quarterback for rookie Josh Rosen.
Dallas doesn’t have those kinds of questions, though – at least, they’re not supposed to. Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott are supposed to be the franchise centerpieces, but both have struggled in different ways. Dak has had a rougher go of it, for sure, and the passing offense is particularly bad.
