Cowboys owner Jerry Jones didn't offer official word on contract extensions or changes to the coaching staff during his radio show on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM] on Tuesday morning.
But, in typical Jerry fashion, he gave Dallas fans plenty to chew on as the franchise heads into another offseason without having advanced past the NFC divisional round.
Jones voiced support for head coach Jason Garrett, who has one year remaining on his contract, which is typically when extensions are worked out. Garrett has won two playoff games in his eight-year tenure.
"If Jason Garrett would've been out on the market two weeks ago," Jones said, "he would've had five offers for head coaching.
