The Dallas Cowboys’ offense went to a secret weapon in the first quarter Sunday night.
Dak Prescott connected with tight ends Geoff Swaim and Rico Gathers on long gains to set up field goals for a 6-0 lead against the Houston Texans.
The Cowboys led 6-0 at the end of the first quarter but the Texans had the ball inside the Dallas’ 10-yard line to start the second quarter and quickly took a 7-6 lead on Keke Coutee’s one-yard shovel-pass touchdown.
Swaim’s catch on a screen set up a long 43-yard gain as he followed a wall of blockers into Texans’ territory.
