The hits keep coming for the Dallas Cowboys as another starter heads to IR.
Todd Archer of ESPN (h/t Adam Schefter) reported that the team had placed receiver Brandin Cooks on injured reserve with a knee injury. This will keep him out of the lineup for at least four games.
Cooks reportedly had a procedure on his left knee last week “led to an infection, which required a clean-out surgery,” per Nick Eatman of DallasCowboys.com.
Cooks has made nine receptions for 91 yards and a touchdown in 2024.
