The Jerome Henderson era ended last month; and for some, including myself, it couldn’t have been any sooner. With Henderson moving on, the Cowboys have been searching for his replacement, or more of a revamping of the secondary coaching structure.
Joe Baker was the safeties coach under Henderson, and he will assume that role now that the Cowboys have hired Greg Jackson.
Word of the hiring came down from Ian Rapoport:
The #Cowboys are hiring #Michigan DB coach Greg Jackson to coach the safeties, while Joe Baker will coach CBs.
