The Dallas Cowboys decided they needed some new blood out at training camp in Oxnard, so they made a number of roster transactions today. They cu four players and added four players. Those let go were running back Lache Seastrunk, wide receivers Deontay Greenberry and Reggie Dunn, and cornerback Brandon Smith. Seastrunk was trying to make a move at running back with all of the injuries that have hit camp, but was never able to make much of an impression. He got some carries in the preseason game but looked to be too much of a freelance runner as opposed to the disciplined "one cut and hit the hole" runner that the Cowboys need for their scheme.
