Cowboys Joseph Randle Not Charged; But Not Out Of The Woods

The Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office has now completed their investigation of a possible domestic violence incident involving Dallas Cowboys third-year running back Joseph Randle. They have now determined that Randle will not be charged with a crime, citing a lack of evidence in the case.

“After reviewing the extensive investigation conducted by the Wichita Police Department, including witness interviews and analyzing available evidence, we concluded there is a lack of evidence sufficient to support felony charges against Mr. Randle,” Sedgwick County district attorney Marc Bennett said Wednesday morning in a statement via the Dallas Morning News.
