Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett wants to see that star defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence is compensated.
Garrett wants Lawrence, who has been franchise-tagged for the second straight year, "to make more money."
But Garrett, speaking to reporters at the NFL's annual meeting in Phoenix, said the Cowboys "have to have discipline under the salary cap" in their quest to build a championship contender.
