With a short week leading up to the Thanksgiving Day game against Washington, the Dallas Cowboys had a practice today. That means the first injury report is out, and there is one player who has now been ruled out for the game.
Tight end Geoff Swaim will have wrist surgery, according to Jason Garrett, but the coach was not ready to say Swaim will miss the rest of the season. Swaim has been a solid performer in his first year as a full-time player but has struggled through a sprained knee.
