With Jason Witten heading to the Las Vegas Raiders there is officially only one player on the Dallas Cowboys that once played at Texas Stadium (keep in mind that 2008 was the final season there).
The distinction in question belongs to long-snapper L.P. Ladouceur who has been setting his place, looking back, and snapping footballs long enough that people born when he started doing it professionally can drive a car. That’s quite a while.
What’s more is that L.P. is not done snapping balls in the NFL. According to ESPN’s Todd Archer, Ladouceur is officially returning to the Cowboys for a 16th NFL season.
