Free agency gets going this week in the NFL, with the legal tampering period beginning this afternoon at 4 PM ET and then the actual signing period begins on Wednesday at 4 PM ET.
Of course teams can re-sign their own free agents at any time, or players from other teams that have already been released.
The Cowboys have already made some of moves. The big one was slapping the franchise tag on defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence. This will cost the Cowboys over $17 million in 2018, but worth it to keep the guy who racked up 14.
