IRVING, Texas – Three days after they released two cornerbacks, the Cowboys re-filled their roster by signing two more.
The Cowboys’ had two open roster slots after releasing cornerbacks Terrance Mitchell and Brandon McGee on Friday afternoon. On Monday they announced they had addressed those losses by signing corners Isaiah Frey and Dax Swanson.
Both of the new additions come with a bit more experience than the guys they replaced. Frey was a sixth-round pick by the Chicago Bears in 2012, and he spent the better part of three years there.
