Ezekiel Elliott has been a part of the Dallas Cowboys for three seasons now, and we have yet to see him play an entire one.
Obviously Zeke missed time during his sophomore campaign, but in both his first and third seasons he sat out the regular-season finale because the Cowboys were division champions and were looking to rest him for the playoffs. In both of those seasons, 2018 included, he led the league in rushing.
Elliott is once again the NFL’s rushing king having rushed for 1,434 yards this season. He actually carried the ball fewer times than he did in his rookie season, but he unquestionably worked harder in the passing game.
