Cowboys expect opponents to challenge Morris Claiborne; Stephen Jones: 'I think he's up for it'

Morris Claiborne’s No. 1 goal entering this season was to make it through training camp without any injuries. After having surgical procedures on both knees over the past year, Claiborne has bounced back quicker than many had expected.

On Saturday, he played in his first preseason game since his rookie year, starting and playing 32 snaps.

“I’m somewhat satisfied,” Claiborne said. “There’s a lot of little things I feel like I can do better, but so far, I can’t complain.”

Claiborne hasn’t come close to reaching the potential that was placed on him when he was drafted sixth overall in 2012.
