David Irving will likely miss his second consecutive game as he works his way through concussion protocol.

The Cowboys defensive tackle has been held out of the team's past six practices since suffering a concussion in the win over Washington to end November. Irving is at the team's facility and taking part in meetings, but he hasn't been cleared to return to the field.

"We take it day by day," head coach Jason Garrett said. "He goes through a process with our trainers and the specialists and we'll just see where he is. At different times he's felt really good, trending forward, then at times not so good.
