OXNARD, Calif. — Dallas Cowboys vice president Stephen Jones said Wednesday he is disappointed Jeremy Mincey did not show up to camp despite being under contract.
He also said Mincey will be fined accordingly for missing camp.

The defensive end did not step off the plane with his teammates late Tuesday afternoon when the Cowboys landed in Southern California for training camp.
