The cornerback position in this year's draft was regarded by many as this class' deepest position.
Marshon Lattimore, Marlon Humphrey, Adoree' Jackson, Gareon Conley and Tre'Davious White were all picked in the first round. Five more came off the board in the second, including the Cowboys' 60th overall pick, Chidobe Awuzie.
During the scouting combine in early March, Awuzie was asked how he distinguishes himself in such deep class of cornerbacks.
"My cerebralness," he responded. "I definitely feel like I'm one of the smartest defensive players, if not any player here. I pick up on route concepts really quick.
