Dallas Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis has agreed to a one-year, fully guaranteed deal to rejoin the team, according to his agent, Johnny Hamood.
Lewis was able to return from a significant right foot injury suffered in 2022 and earned the team's Ed Block Courage Award last season. He essentially had his foot rebuilt with a series of screws that led to a long rehab process that continued until the 2023 season started.
After sitting out the season opener, Lewis, 28, manned the slot -- a spot he has held since the Cowboys took him in the third round of the 2017 draft -- and played in the final 16 games, making eight starts.
