FRISCO, Texas – In a few short months, footballs will be flying all over the place at The Star, the soon-to-be open world headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys – not to mention the home for the athletics of the Frisco Independent School District.
On Wednesday, though, the Cowboys kicked things off in style by allowing two of their most legendary figures throw the pigskin at their new facility, set to open ahead of the 2016 season.
Cowboys executives gathered for the unveiling of plans for a 200,000 square foot retail block at The Star. Storefronts will line The Star Boulevard, Winning Drive and Cowboys Way at the complex, and providing guests with a Dallas Cowboys brand experience, along with dining and retail amenities.
