Frederick has missed the entire season after contracting Guillain–Barré syndrome early in training camp.

Frederick was asked about comments from Cowboys’ vice president Stephen Jones on Monday in which he acknowledged Frederick would be unavailable the rest of the season, including deep into January, if the Cowboys were to have success in the playoffs.
