Can Justin Durant save the Dallas Cowboys defense?

Welcome back Justin Ryan Durant. You were missed.

It’s official: the former 48th overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft is heading back to Big D. Durant, who played for Jacksonville, Detroit, Dallas, and Atlanta, will likely take on the role of weak-side linebacker.

The move will open the door for Sean Lee to move one spot over to middle linebacker — or the “MIKE” — for the recently suspended Rolando McClain, who is out for 10 games. Durant signed a one-year contract.

Durant had a solid season with the Atlanta Falcons last year.
