GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers performed so poorly in a 30-16 loss to the Cowboys on Oct. 16 that the Lambeau Field customers booed their heroes.
The Packers have changed since that dreadful day, which started a 1-5 tailspin that put their playoff chances in doubt. They are a markedly different team going into an NFC divisional round playoff game at the Cowboys on Sunday.
"We're more experienced," Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Monday. "We've played a lot of people. I think that hopefully will benefit us this week ... coming off a tough physical game and getting ready.
