If the Cowboys and their fans needed a reminder that the players work in a business at the end of the day, Wednesday's news that the team plans to release Tony Romo certainly jogged the memory.
In a visit to San Antonio, Cowboys safety Byron Jones said he knows he could end up in a similar position as Romo as he gets older.
"It's football. NFL's a football business," said Jones said Wednesday after a nutrition presentation at a San Antonio-area school, according to WOAI-TV. "That's what's going to happen at some point. We're all going to fall off a bit.
