It is being reported by multiple sources that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will be placed on injured reserve/designated to return while he recovers from his fractured collarbone. He will be unable to practice for six weeks, and cannot play for eight. That would have him first available for the game against the Miami Dolphins on November 22nd.
